Tomato and chickpea soup

Serves 4
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 x 425g can chickpeas
- 2 x 425g cans chopped tomatoes
- 1 sachet MasterFoods Bouquet Garni
Heat oil in a saucepan over a medium heat.
Add onions and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Remove bouquet garni and serve.
