Herbed greens
Serves 4
Stir-frying captures the flavours brilliantly. The trick is not to overcook the cabbage. So simple - and so delicious.
- 6 cups shredded cabbage and sliced celery
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs, finely chopped
Stir-fry the vegetables and garlic in oil for 4-5 minutes or until tender but still slightly crisp. Add the herbs, honey and vinegar and toss well to ensure the vegetables are well coated and the honey has melted. Serve immediately.
