Yoghurt dip
Makes approx 2 cups
- 200 grams low fat unsweetened plain yoghurt
- Drop Tabasco sauce
- Freshly ground black pepper
Combine ingredients into a bowl & chill.
If desired, add extra flavour and texture. Some suggestions include one or all of the following:
- half a chopped, peeled cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
- 1 finely chopped red or green pepper
- freshly chopped herbs e.g. mint or coriander
Approximate composition per 100g:
