Yoghurt dip

Makes approx 2 cups

  • 200 grams low fat unsweetened plain yoghurt
  • Drop Tabasco sauce
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Combine ingredients into a bowl & chill.

If desired, add extra flavour and texture. Some suggestions include one or all of the following:

  • half a chopped, peeled cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
  • 1 finely chopped red or green pepper
  • freshly chopped herbs e.g. mint or coriander

Approximate composition per 100g:

KJ 200  Cals 48  Fat 1(g)  Fibre 1(g)  Carbohydrate 6(g)
