Salmon dip
Makes approx 2 cups
- 1 pottle of low fat cottage or ricotta cheese
- 1 can salmon (210 grams), drained & flaked
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped herbs e.g. parsley
- 2 spring onions finely chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Drop of Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
Mix all ingredients.
Chill well before serving with high fibre bread, low fat crackers or as a spread on sandwiches or toast.
