Refreshing lemon drink

Lemon Juice

Serves 5

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (4-5 lemons)
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (3-4 oranges)
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons Equal Spoonful
  • 3 cups water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices
  • Mint sprigs

In a large jug, combine juices and Equal, stir to dissolve.

Stir in water. Cover and chill.

Serve over ice cubes. Garnish each serving with a lemon slice and mint if desired.
