Tomato and chickpea soup

Tomato

Serves 4

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 x 425g can chickpeas
  • 2 x 425g cans chopped tomatoes
  • 1 sachet MasterFoods Bouquet Garni

Heat oil in a saucepan over a medium heat.

Add onions and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Remove bouquet garni and serve.
